Arctic Food Innovation Project
What if Arctic became a global leader in food innovation?
We are exploring how the Arctic's unique food systems can drive sustainable innovation, support local communities, and inspire new global models. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey, and a new Business Index North-Arctic report, focusing on Arctic Food Innovations, is scheduled for publication later this year.
The report work is coordinated by Maria Kourkouli at the High North Centre for Business and Governance in Bodø, in partnership with the University of Saskatchewan in Canada.
