Dr. David Natcher
University of Saskatchewan, Canada (Leader of Arctic Food Innovation Project)
David Natcher is a professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Saskatchewan. David serves as a Canadian representative on the Social, Economic, and Cultural Expert Group (SECEG) and the International Arctic Science Committees Social and Human Working Group. In addition to these roles, David holds a University of the Arctic Chair in Water, Energy and Food (WEF) Security in the Arctic.

In the BIN Arctic project Dave leads the work on Arctic Food Innovation Cluster initiative from the Canadian side.
