on youth entrepreneurship. To better understand these dynamics, we examined demographic trends, labor market
participation, and entrepreneurial activity among young people across the region.

By analyzing where young people live and migrate, how they engage with employment, and the extent to which they establish and sustain businesses, the report provides an integrated perspective on regional transformation. This approach helps identify pathways through which younger generations can contribute to a more resilient, innovative, and sustainable Arctic future.
